Reliance Industries Ltd. has let a contract to Shearwater GeoServices Holding AS for a 3D seismic survey in the Bay of Bengal, India.
The survey—to be conducted by the SW Vespucci research vessel—is scheduled to begin in first-quarter 2021 and covers 1,500 sq km of Krishna-Godavari basin block KG-UDWHP-2018/1. The contract scope also includes fast-track time processing.
