Operations normal at Billings refinery following fire

ExxonMobil Corp. confirmed operations have returned to normal at its 60,000-b/d refinery in Billings, Mont., following a June 13 fire (OGJ Online, June 16, 2014).

The refinery is maintaining normal operations, and there is no impact to production as a result of the incident, Jill Quade, refinery services and human resources manager for the Billings refinery, told OGJ via e-mail.

An investigation into the small fire, which broke out in an unidentified processing unit and was quickly extinguished, remains under way.
