Midwestern Gas Transmission Co., a subsidiary of Oneok Partners LP, reported it has withdrawn its application with the US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to enter into the pre-filing process for the proposed development of a 15-mile natural gas pipeline lateral in Ohio and Muhlenberg Counties in Kentucky.

The company said it was unable to reach an agreement with its customer, adding, however, that it remains fully subscribed and continues to evaluate expansions to increase gas throughput on its system for new markets.

MGT is a 400-mile gas pipeline that provides bidirectional services to Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, southern Illinois, and the Chicago market hub.
