TC Energy Corp. has launched an open season to solicit binding commitments for crude oil transportation services on the Keystone Pipeline System from Hardisty, Alta., to Patoka, Ill.
Up to 80,000 b/d of capacity is being offered subject to terms and conditions.
Parties may submit binding bids until 12 p.m. MT on Feb. 19, 2021.
