Turkmenistan’s foreign minister last week said that his country would complete construction in its territory during 2020 and begin building in Afghanistan next year (OGJ Online, Nov. 30, 2020).

Chakhansuri also said Afghanistan plans to start building the 59-mile Shibargan-Mazar-i-Sharif gas pipeline through northern Afghanistan in the next 3 months.
