Cheniere Energy Inc. subsidiary Cheniere Marketing LLC has entered into a long-term LNG supply deal with Petroleo Brasileiro SA (Petrobras).

Under the agreement, Petrobras will purchase about 800,000 tonnes/year of LNG from Cheniere Marketing on a free-on-board (FOB) basis for 22 years, extending beyond 2050.
