Cheniere CEO to assume board chair role

Cheniere Energy Inc., Houston, Tex., will name Jack Fusco to serve as chairman of the board of directors and Patricia Collawn as lead director following the retirement of G. Andrea Botta as chairman, effective May 14, 2026.

Fusco will continue his roles as president and chief executive officer.

Cheniere is advancing growth projects at its Sabine Pass and Corpus Christi LNG plants on the US Gulf Coast, with total production capacity of over 53 million tonnes/year (tpy) in operation and an additional 8 million tpy expected production capacity under construction, including estimated debottlenecking opportunities.
