Baldridge joins executive leadership team at Phillips 66

Don Baldridge has been named executive vice-president of midstream and chemicals.

Phillips 66 has added Don Baldridge to the company’s executive leadership team, appointing him executive vice-president of midstream and chemicals.

Baldridge joined Phillips 66 in 2023 through the acquisition of DCP Midstream (OGJ Online, Jan. 6, 2023). He joined as interim chief executive officer of DCP Midstream after serving as DCP Midstream’s president of operations, overseeing the Permian and South business units, including Sand Hills and other related logistics, marketing and commercial operations. He oversaw all trading for the company.

Baldrige has more than 25 years of experience in strategy, operations, commercial, and acquisition assessment.

Previously, Baldridge was president of commercial where he led all commercial activity for gathering and processing and NGL logistics, as well as origination, business development, optimization, contract administration, gas control and marketing and trading.
