CNSOPB appoints CEO

The Board of the Canada – Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board (CNSOPB) has appointed Christine Bonnell-Eisnor as chief executive officer.

The Board of the Canada – Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board (CNSOPB) has appointed Christine Bonnell-Eisnor as chief executive officer.

Bonnell-Eisnor has been the acting chief executive since Nov. 1, 2019. She has over 23 years of experience with the CNSOPB working in a variety of roles including director, regulatory affairs and finance, and secretary of the board.

CNSOPB is the independent joint agency of the Governments of Canada and Nova Scotia responsible for the regulation of petroleum activities and resources offshore Nova Scotia.
