Howard Energy Partners, San Antonio, Tex., has appointed Herbie Goldstein as senior vice-president and chief financial officer.
Goldstein has led the corporate development and merger and acquisition efforts since joining the company in 2016. He was appointed interim chief financial officer last year. Previously, Goldstein worked in the energy investment banking group at RBC Capital Markets.
Howard Midstream Energy Partners LLC (dba Howard Energy Partners) owns and operates natural gas and crude oil pipelines, natural gas processing plants, refined products storage terminals, deep-water dock and rail facilities, fractionation facilities, hydrogen production facilities, renewable diesel logistics facilities, and other related midstream assets in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Mexico.
