Petrobras lets subsea contract to TechnipFMC
Petrobras has let a subsea production systems contract to TechnipFMC PLC.
TechnipFMC will design, engineer, and manufacture subsea production systems to be deployed in an array of greenfield developments, brownfield expansions, and asset revitalizations across Petrobras’ portfolio, the service provider said in a release.
The contract also includes installation support and life-of-field services, with provisions for additional equipment and services.
The subsea production systems will be manufactured and serviced in Brazil. TechnipFMC values the contract at $75-250 million.
