Khalimov gets E&P position at Tatneft

Rustam Khalimov has been appointed first deputy general director for exploration and production of oil and gas at Tatneft Co., Almetyevsk, Tatarstan.

A Tatneft employee since 1987, he most recently has been deputy general director for development and production of oil and gas.
