Neptune Energy Group has acquired 100% of the shares of VNG Norge AS from VNG AG, a natural gas wholesaler and energy-service provider based in Leipzig. Terms weren’t disclosed.
VNG Norge has net production of 4,000 boe/d and net reserves exceeding 50 million boe. It holds interests in 42 licenses, five producing oil and gas fields, and three development projects off Norway and Denmark.
