HOUSTON, July 22
– Royale Energy Inc., San Diego, which plans to drill at least six more wells California’s Sacramento basin this year, completed two wells to bring the 2010 total to six compared with five in all of 2009.

North East Parks-1, in Lone Star field of Colusa County, is under completion, while Victor Ranch 3-9, in East Rice Creek field of Tehama County, produced gas at an undisclosed rate from one of three zones. Both wells are to go on line in August.

The previously drilled Vann-1 and Goddard 1-7 wells began selling gas on June 21 and Apr. 16, respectively.
