ConocoPhillips sells truck stop interest

HOUSTON, July 1 -- ConocoPhillips has sold its 50% partnership interest in CFJ Properties-Flying J truck stops to Pilot Travel Centers for $626 million.
The deal, part of ConocoPhillips’s program to divest $10 billion in noncore assets, includes a long-term product-supply agreement with Pilot.
