HOUSTON, Nov. 16 – Cimarex Energy Co., Denver, plans to drill two horizontal wells to the Bone Spring formation in Sec. 15 of the East Lusk Federal Unit in Lea County, NM.

Each well is to be drilled vertically to 9,500 ft and laterally in a westerly direction to more than 14,000 ft measured depth, said participant FieldPoint Petroleum Corp., Austin. Completed well cost is $4.477 million. Working interests are Cimarex 37.5% and FieldPoint 43.75%.
