HOUSTON, Nov. 16 – Uruguay’s ANCAP said several companies indicated interest in the country’s second license round by attending a technical presentation Nov. 9 in Rio de Janeiro.

Participants included representatives of ExxonMobil Corp., El Paso Corp., Petrobras and Vale do Rio Doce of Brazil, ONGC Videsh, Statoil, Perenco, Karoon Gas of Australia, and Eni SPA.
