Scott Hallam has been named senior vice-president overseeing the Atlantic-Gulf operating area of Williams Cos. Inc.
Hallam has served as vice-president and general manager, eastern interstates (including oversight of Williams’ Transco pipeline system), in the Atlantic-Gulf operating area.
