Hamilton named to Panoro’s chief executive role

Panoro Energy ASA, Oslo, has named John Hamilton as its chief executive officer. Nishant Dighe, who has served as interim chief executive officer, will continue as president and chief operating officer.

Previous positions held by Hamilton include chief executive officer of London-listed President Energy PLC in 2012-14 and nonexecutive director of London-listed IGas PLC in 2009-12. He also served in 2009-12 as managing director at Levine Capital Management, an oil and gas equity fund.
