Enterprise elects co-CEOs

The board of directors of Enterprise Products Partners LP’s general partner has elected officers. Effective immediately, A. J. “Jim” Teague and W. Randall Fowler have each been elected co-chief executive officer.

The board of directors of Enterprise Products Partners LP’s general partner has elected officers. Effective immediately, A. J. “Jim” Teague and W. Randall Fowler have each been elected co-chief executive officer. Fowler will continue his role as chief financial officer.

Teague and Fowler will continue to serve as directors on the board of Enterprise’s general partner and members of the four-person Office of the Chairman, which also includes Randa Duncan Williams, chairman of Enterprise’s general partner and chairman of privately-held Enterprise Products Co., and Richard H. Bachmann, vice chairman of the board of Enterprise’s general partner and president and chief executive officer of Enterprise Products Co.

Also re-elected to the executive leadership team were Brent B. Secrest, executive vice-president and chief commercial officer; Graham W. Bacon, executive vice-president and chief operating officer; Robert D. Sanders, executive vice-president, asset optimization; Harry P. “Hap” Weitzel, director, executive-vice president, general counsel, and secretary; Richard Daniel Boss, executive vice-president of accounting, information technology and risk; and Christian M. Nelly, executive vice-president of finance, investor relations, and treasurer.

“While they will jointly be responsible for all aspects of the partnership, Jim’s principal focus areas will continue to be the commercial, operations and engineering functions, while Randy’s will be the finance, accounting, information technology and risk management functions,” said Randa Duncan Williams.
