Repsol Sinopec Resources has let a 3-year contract extension to Petrofac in support of Repsol’s UK’s North Sea operations.
The award, valued by the services provider at $100 million, will see Petrofac provide operations and maintenance services, supporting more than 300 jobs across a range of assets, including Arbroath, Auk, Bleo Holm, Claymore, Clyde, Fulmar, Montrose, Piper, Saltire, and Tartan in the North Sea. Petrofac also provides support to Repsol’s Flotta oil terminal in Scarpa Flow, Orkney, and Nigg oil terminal 1.5 km south west of the village of Nigg.
