Slant Energy secures financial commitment from Pearl Energy Investments

Slant Energy II LLC, a newly formed upstream oil and gas exploration and production company, has secured a $90 million commitment from Dallas-based private equity firm, Pearl Energy Investments.

The Lafayette, La.-based company will pursue acquisition and development opportunities primarily in the Permian basin, North Texas, and East Texas.
