LLOG Exploration Offshore LLC has executed term extensions with Seadrill Ltd. for use of the West Neptune drilling rig for the US Gulf of Mexico operations.
The extensions will begin in direct continuation of the existing term and are expected to keep the rig working until third-quarter 2024, the service provider said in a Mar. 7 release.
Seadrill puts the value of the extension at about $79 million.
