PBF Energy, PBF Logistics make management changes

Matthew Lucey, currently executive vice-president of PBF Energy Inc., will succeed Michael Gayda as the company’s president. Todd O’Malley, currently PBF Energy’s chief commercial officer, will serve as president of the general partner of PBF Logistics LP.

Both moves, effective January 2015, follow Gayda’s retirement.

Lucey has been with PBF Energy since its formation in 2008, serving as senior vice-president; chief financial officer from April 2010 to this past April; and most recently as executive vice-president.

O’Malley joined PBF Energy in 2010 as director, clean products; became vice-president, products in 2013; and was named chief commercial officer in April.
