Sociedad Portuaria Puerto Bahía SA (Puerto Bahia), a subsidiary of Frontera Energy Corp., Calgary, entered into a framework agreement with Gasco Soluciones Logísticas y Energéticas SAS (GASCO) to jointly pursue a liquified petroleum gas (LPG) project at Puerto Bahia's liquids and dry cargo port terminal in the Bay of Cartagena, Colombia.

The agreement seeks to jointly develop a project to build and operate a port terminal to import and store more than 20,000 tonnes of LPG. The project is expected to cost $50-60 million and be operational by 2027. Additional project phases may be added to capture larger volumes, depending on market demand for LPG.
