Shell Oil Products awards Air Liquide new hydrogen supply contract

HOUSTON, Feb. 21 -- Shell Oil Products USA has contracted Air Liquide to supply its 145,200 b/cd Anacortes, Wash., refinery with hydrogen.
The new hydrogen production plant, which will produce 7.5 MMcfd of hydrogen and byproduct steam for Shell, is expected to go on stream in the last quarter of this year.
