ABB will handle engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning and testing of hardware and software for the plant. It will revamp LPG Train 200, a treatment and fractionation unit damaged in 2009, and upgrade safety systems to international standards.

It also will provide process equipment and electrical and instrumentation systems and offer optional front-end engineering design services for realization of a new LPG vaporization and reinjection system, a new LPG boosting pumps diagnostic system, and bunkerization of the control room.
