TotalEnergies EP, operator of the Danish Underground Consortium, has progressed restart of production from the Tyra redevelopment project and expects first gas planned for export to the Danish market from the Tyra II redevelopment on Mar. 28, 2024.

The operator said it expects valves at the Nybro Gas Treatment Plant on the west Jutland coast to open today.

The testing program and continuous efforts in achieving the technical milestones associated with the preparation of production indicate that the ramp-up to 8.1 million cu m/d technical capacity is currently expected to take 4 months from the restart, depending on operational performance of the redeveloped Tyra. The ramp-up period could be shortened or prolonged.
