ETC Texas taps Willbros for Texas pipeline construction

HOUSTON, Mar. 29 -- ETC Texas Pipeline Ltd., Dallas, selected Willbros Group Inc. construction unit Willbros RPI Inc., Houston, to construct 81 miles of 20, 30, and 36-in. natural gas pipelines that will expand ETC's Energy Transfer Pipeline System in Texas. Construction is under way and expected to be complete in the third quarter.
