PricewaterhouseCoopers consulting firm said Duke Energy Inc.'s Patriot Extension pipeline project is expected to create a positive economic impact of about $11 million for Carroll, Patrick, and Henry counties in southwest Virginia.

Vopak ENOC Fujairah Ltd. awarded Bluewater Energy Services BV and Van Oord ACZ BV a contract for the design, supply, and installation of a single point mooring system and related pipelines at the Vopak ENOC Fujairah terminal in the United Arab Emirates.

Willbros Group Inc. unit Willbros Engineers Inc., Tulsa, executed an alliance agreement with Explorer Pipeline Co. to provide project management, engineering, procurement, and construction services for their mainline expansion project in Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2002.
