Al Lacombe

Al LaCombe is the Director of Safety for Dupre’ Logistics, LLC., based out of the corporate office in Lafayette, La. He joined Dupre’ in May 1982 and has been within his current position for the past 25 years. He is responsible for the safety, training and security of 1,000 employees within the 3 business groups which include Energy Distribution, Site & Private fleet Services and Strategic Capacity Services. Dupre’ has 24 terminals and several satellite locations within 14 states. Al has been in the trucking industry for the past 32 years. Al takes an active roll in numerous transportation associations such Louisiana Motor Transport Association, National Tank Truck Association, American Trucking Association and American Society of Safety Engineers.
