Greg N. Constien

During his career of more than 30 years in the downstream energy industry, Greg has held numerous operations, technical, optimization, strategic planning, and business development roles. Since becoming a consultant, Greg has used his economic and technical skills to assist clients in refinery plant performance evaluations and improvement initiatives to significantly enhance their financial performance as well as driving cultural and technical change in client facilities. Additionally, his commercial and business skills have been applied to strategic planning, due diligence, portfolio optimization, and merger and acquisition efforts. This diversity of experience enables Greg to bring an unusually broad industry perspective to each of his consulting assignments.

Additionally, Greg leads Workforce Optimization (WFO) project teams that focus on helping clients implement organization and staffing structures supported by leading work processes and best practices that will drive sustainable high performance; serves as Solomon’s Advisory Services Product Manager for WFO consulting; and provides technical, strategic planning, and economic evaluation consulting services to downstream energy businesses seeking to enhance their financial performance.
