Galizien Energy Corp., closely held Toronto private oil and gas company, will develop coalbed methane and formerly producing oil and gas properties held by EuroGas Inc., New York, and its partners in eastern Ukraine.

HOUSTON, May 10
– Galizien Energy Corp., closely held Toronto private oil and gas company, will develop coalbed methane and formerly producing oil and gas properties held by EuroGas Inc., New York, and its partners in eastern Ukraine.

A memorandum of understanding calls for Galizien to spent as much as $5 million in the first stage by drilling 10 new wells, conduct reservoir and core evaluation, and complete the wells to earn 33% working interest in the CBM properties.

Completion will consist of application of Galizien's licensed proprietary enhanced oil recovery technology, known as short radius stimulation) hydrajetting technology, including the application of Siloxane fluids.
