HOUSTON, July 30 – Melrose Resources PLC, Edinburgh, began shooting 360 sq km of 3D seismic and 160 line-km of 2D seismic on the South East Mansoura concession in Egypt’s Nile Delta.

The 4-month program’s main objective is to evaluate a geologic trend that contains a number of Lower Cretaceous oil leads identified on previous 2D data.
