– A group led by a unit of Northern Petroleum PLC set production casing for a completion attempt at the Tiendeveen-1 exploratory well on the Drenthe III license 3.8 km northwest of Geesbrug gas field in the northeastern Netherlands onshore.

The company didn’t give depths, but the well was projected to 3,842 m measured depth or about 3,500 m true vertical depth. Intervals interpreted as gas bearing are to be fraced and tested.

Partners in the well are Northern Petroleum Nederland BV with 45%, state EBN 40%, and Dyas BV 15%.
