  • Project-permitting proceedings involving environmental impact statements, certificates of public convenience and necessity, and safety and security reviews.
  • Congressional and regulatory hearings and conferences addressing energy-infrastructure and energy-security issues.
  • Regulatory rulemaking, administrative and adjudicative processes that provide for public input and amicus curiae briefs.
  • Trade association policy efforts, and possibly corporate communications
