The U.S. Department of Energy will conduct a conference Oct. 22 at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dallas, for companies interested in participating in its shallow shelf carbonate reservoir research program (OGJ, Aug. 10, p. 17).
Project proposals are due Jan. 15, 1993, and DOE will announce the winners in April. It has earmarked $40 million for the demonstration and technology transfer program.
