The offshore construction and pipelay reel barge Midnight Eagle will lay pipe on South Marsh Island Block 27 beginning this month for Taylor Energy. In this the vessel's first pipelay job since its conversion, it will lay 4 miles of 4-in. pipe and bury to 3 ft.
