Summit Midstream names Tennant as CCO

Chris Tennant will oversee Summit Midstream's commercial strategy, customer relations, and growth initiatives, bringing experience from his previous roles at Matador Resources and EnLink Midstream.

Summit Midstream Corp., Houston, has appointed Chris Tennant as senior vice-president and chief commercial officer, effective immediately.

Tennant will be responsible for overseeing Summit's commercial strategy, customer relationships, and long-term growth initiatives.

Tennant most recently served as senior vice-president and chief commercial officer midstream at Matador Resources, where he was responsible for developing and executing midstream strategies within an upstream enterprise, including the expansion of third-party contracts.

Prior to Matador Resources, he held senior commercial leadership roles during a 14-year tenure at EnLink Midstream, with responsibility for commercial performance across gathering and processing, NGL infrastructure, crude oil systems, and regulated and non-regulated pipelines.
