Robert McArver has joined American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers as vice-president of petrochemicals.

McArver most recently was vice-president of policy and government relations for the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers.

Also at AFPM, Don Thoren has been promoted to vice-president of state and local outreach. He joined the association last year as director of state and local outreach.
