Hrncir tapped by Weir Oil & Gas as vice-president of sales, service

John Hrncir has been named vice-president of sales and service, pressure control, at Weir Oil & Gas, a Fort Worth-based upstream provider of pressure pumping and pressure control equipment and services.

Based in Weir’s Houston office, Hrncir will be responsible for safety, sales, and aftermarket services for the company’s pressure control business.

He previously served as director of global sales and marketing, surface wellhead, for FMC Technologies Inc. Hrncir spent 15 years at FMC in various surface and subsea pressure control roles including general manager of FMC’s US surface wellhead business.
