Inpex Corp., Tokyo, said Nobuyuki Higashi has been named vice-president of the global energy marketing (GEM) division, effective Aug. 1.
Atsunori Kozuki has been named general manager of the newly established gas business development unit, a division of GEM.
Also effective Aug. 1, Toshio Todoroki will become vice-president of the Americas and Africa. Ryo Manabe will be general manager of the America and Africa project division.
