Susan Slattery has been named vice-president of project services at TRC Cos. Inc., Lowell, Mass., and Tulsa, responsible for proposals, contract administration, procurement, and project controls for engineering and field services for the oil and gas industry.
She has been vice-president and chief engineer of facilities engineering in the engineering services practice of the engineering, environmental consulting, and construction-management firm.
