Mandel to head Jacobs’ integration of CH2M

Gary Mandel, president of global petroleum and chemicals (P&C) at Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., will lead integration of CH2M Hill Cos. Ltd., which the company has agreed to acquire for cash and stock in a deal valued at $3.27 billion, including $416 million of the acquired company’s net debt.
