Amy E. Seneshen has been named managing partner of energy and natural resources law firm Welborn, Sullivan, Meck, & Tooley PC.

Amy E. Seneshen has been named managing partner of energy and natural resources law firm Welborn, Sullivan, Meck, & Tooley PC.

She is a member of the firm’s transactional practice, assisting oil and gas companies with acquiring and divesting upstream and midstream assets throughout the US. She also advises companies on day-to-day operational matters and prepares oil and gas title opinions.

Seneshen, who began her legal career with the firm in 1997, will work alongside Jeff Peterson, chief financial officer, and Ken Jones, president.
