Alm, currently executive vice-president, corporate development, joined Tethys Oil in 2014 from investment bank Pareto Securities, where he was a partner in the corporate finance department.
Sadarangani will step down Nov. 30, and remain available to the company until Mar. 1. He has served as chief financial officer since the company went public in 2004.
