Churchill named senior vice-president, HSE at Phillips 66

Jay D. Churchill has been appointed senior vice-president, health, safety, and environment (HSE) at Phillips 66, effective Sept. 1.

Jay D. Churchill has been appointed senior vice-president, health, safety, and environment (HSE) at Phillips 66, effective Sept. 1.

Deborah G. Adams, currently senior vice-president, HSE, projects, and procurement, has elected to retire Aug. 31 after 33 years of service. She began her career in 1983 as a process engineer in the refining division.

Most recently regional vice-president, refining, for Phillips 66, Churchill has 36 years of experience in the oil and gas industry focusing on the downstream business. He began his career with Conoco in 1979 as a plant process engineer at the Lake Charles refinery in Louisiana.
