Marathon Oil Corp. has appointed Kimberly Warnica senior vice-president and general counsel, with an anticipated effective date of Jan. 11, 2021.
Prior to returning to Marathon Oil, Warnica was executive vice-president, general counsel, chief compliance officer, and secretary at Alta Mesa Resources Inc. Prior to Alta Mesa, Warnica served in positions in the Marathon Oil legal department, including assistant general counsel and assistant secretary.
