The US Bureau of Land Management is seeking public comments on infrastructure that has been proposed in the Desolation Flats natural gas field, BLM’s Rawlins, Wyo., field office announced.

Samson Resources Co. and Mountain Gas Resources LLC have proposed new access roads, two pipelines, two compressor stations, and a high- and low-pressure loop pipeline in their Endurance/Barricade Gas Infrastructure Project, it said in an Aug. 21 notice.

The activity would involve 42,240 acres of primarily public land, with a small amount of state-owned land, 25 miles southwest of Wamsutter, Wyo. in Sweetwater County, it indicated. Comments will be accepted until Sept. 6, the notice said.
