Condon was formerly vice-president of Heller Financial Inc.; Seifullin was a senior vice-president, Heller; Jewett was formerly president of ESBI Energy Co.; and Lamoreaux, vice-president, Stratum Group LP.
American Electric Power Co. Inc., Columbus, Ohio, named William L. Sigmon Jr., vice-president, fossil and hydro-east. Sigmon was formerly senior vice-president, Duke Energy North America, a unit of Duke Energy Corp. He succeeds Charles Weaver, who is retiring.
